Ordering and Shipping Information

ALL HOLIDAY PURCHASES SHOULD BE MADE BEFORE February 8th, 2008

*Special orders are always welcomed.*

All bouquets are prepared the next business day after receipt of your order.

Orders received Friday- Sunday, will be ready for delivery on the following business day.

Please allow ample time when placing your order so that we can meet your requested delivery date.

Items that are out of stock will be substituted for items of equal or greater value.

During warm weather months, no chocolate items will be available for shipping.

There will be no exchanges or returns on any bouquet, as they are a food item.

Please let us know if there was a problem with your order and we will do our best to solve it.

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a cancellation fee.

Alll custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled.

You are responsible for providing to us the correct shipping address.

We will not issue refunds for packages that are returned or delayed due to an incorrect address.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries that occur on Saturday and Sunday.

 

Payment will be accepted in the form of check or money order ONLY!

Once we have received the  check or money order from you, we will place the order. All checks will need to clear before an order can be placed.  We need the following information as well:

  • Bouquet choice and size
  • Email address
  • Desired delivery date for your bouquet
  • Personal  inscription
  • Recipient's name, address and phone number
  • Your name, address and phone number
  • Check or money order made out to Marisha Collins
